Sammie Campbell|Company Director/Vocal Coach
Director Sammie Campbell has been working in Auckland’s professional Music Theatre scene for the last 10 years. Starring in lead roles from musicals such as, Bring It On, Hairspray, Sister Act, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You - and many more. Along with her onstage accolades in 2018 Sammie was presented with the Pat Mcminn Rising Star Award, by The Variety Artists Club of New Zealand.
Sammie has always had a GIANT passion for Musical Theatre! Starting off in the youth productions at The Glen Eden Playhouse Theatre and working her way up to the big stages of The Bruce Mason Theatre and The ASB Waterfront Theatre!
Sammie also runs her own Vocal Coaching business SC VOCAL - and her newest start up PINT-SIZE PERFORMERS under the same umbrella.
Sammie believes that COLLISION creates amazing opportunities for its students! Nurturing each individuals joy for performing while providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in a professional environment.
Jessica Rogers | Musical Theatre Tutor
Jess is an Auckland born Actor, Singer and Dancer. In 2017 while attending the New Zealand Singing School she received a scholarship for “Most Potential in Musical Theatre”. During this time, she was also handpicked to audition for a London Musical Theatre College “Emil Dale Academy” and has been training there full time for the last two years.
Prior to her training, she was heavily involved in the Auckland theatre scene and appeared in many productions; her most recent before her travels being Mamma Mia! which was performed at the Bruce Mason. She has also played many leads in productions with Orewa’s Centrestage Theatre Company. In 2017 Jess received her ATCL Trinity Diploma in Musical Theatre and now obtains a 2 year diploma from Emil Dale Academy.
Jess loves anything to do with performing and also has a huge passion for teaching and development. As well as group theatre classes, Jess also offers private singing lessons and acting coaching.
Jess is so excited to be part of the COLLISION team and can’t wait to share the knowledge that she has gained from her training.
Molly Griffiths | Musical Theatre Tutor
Molly is an Auckland born Dancer, Actor and Singer. Having trained in dance for over 10 years, she has competed nationwide, in Australia and the United States with great success as a soloist.
She received dance scholarships for workshops at the Ministry of Dance, Phoenix Dance Convention and has completed workshops with the Sydney Dance Company and Griffith Conservatorium for Musical Theatre. Currently studying Event Management and Marketing at AUT, she teaches Musical Theatre, Tap, Ballet and Jazz at Red Studios, Auckland City School of the Arts, Saint Kentigern College and Dance First. In 2020, she helped choreograph Saint Kentigern’s production of Chicago and in late 2019 wrote, directed and choreographed a concept show at Harlequin Theatre whilst also chairing the Youth Theatre Committee.
Molly has performed as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Madame Thenardier in Les Mis and performed in Sweeney Todd, Phantom of the Opera and G and T’s upcoming 2020 season of Mary Poppins at the Civic. Molly has such a huge passion for the performing arts and teaching, and is simply so thrilled to be part of the Collision team.
